The morning glass
Pour, water, shake. Drink standing at the counter, or take the shaker with you on the walk. The drink is meant to land in the first thirty minutes, before the first email opens. It carries through to lunch without a dip.
After the session
Post training
Cold water in the shaker, twenty seconds, drink while the heart rate falls. The fast moving whey lands immediately, the casein covers the next two hours. The drink is engineered to recover, not to refill.
15:00 to 18:00
The long afternoon
For the stretch when lunch was thin and dinner is hours away. Pistachio for the days you would otherwise reach for a pastry. Coffee for the days you want something sharper. The drink holds you to dinner without flattening your appetite for it.
