A short, honest privacy note.

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect the name, email address, US state, optional phone number, flavor preferences, and any note you leave. The form is processed by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider. The data lives in our admin dashboard, and a copy is delivered to a private inbox we read by hand.

When you visit the site, our host writes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, page requested) for security and uptime. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta pixels, or any cross site advertising trackers.

Your inquiry tells us where you are, what you want to try, and how to reach you. We use it for one purpose only: replying to you about Smart Milky availability, pricing, and product updates you opt into. We do not subscribe you to a newsletter without your explicit consent.

Inquiries are kept for up to twenty four months after our last conversation with you, in case you reach back out. After that, your record is deleted from our system. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any point.

The only third parties that touch your data are the platforms that host this site (Netlify) and the inbox provider we use to read mail. Both are bound by their own privacy commitments and US data protection law. We do not share your data with anyone else.

You can ask us, at any time, what we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@smartmilky.com and a person will write back inside two business days. If you are a California resident, your CCPA rights are honored on the same terms.

Smart Milky is not directed at anyone under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect inquiries from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted the form, write to us and we will delete the record.

This site uses no marketing or analytics cookies. The host may set a small first party cookie for session integrity. Disabling cookies will not break the site.

If we update this notice, the date at the top will change. Material changes will be announced in any reply we send to you. The previous version stays on file and is available on request.
