Looking for a new favorite drink? Turmeric latte, also called golden milk, is yellow, soothing and is prepared in warm (vegetable) milk. The yellow-orange powder smells pleasantly spicy and slightly tart. The special interaction with the sweet vanilla cheers up every mood. Simply stir in and enjoy the cozy, warm drink!

Ingredients

Organic turmeric, organic Ceylon cinnamon, organic cocoa powder, organic ground ginger, organic vanilla, organic licorice, organic black pepper

use

Stir 1 teaspoon of turmeric latte mixture (approx. 2 g) into 250 ml (vegetable) milk, warm and sweeten as desired.

Preparation according to Ayurveda (Golden Milk): Stir 1 teaspoon of turmeric paste* into 250 ml (plant-based) milk and heat, simmer for 4-5 minutes at medium heat. Refine with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and sweeten to taste.

*Turmeric paste: Mix 1 heaped tablespoon (approx. 8 g) of turmeric latte mixture with 30 ml of water, bring to a simmer until a paste forms. Store paste in the refrigerator.
