We are passionate about Mate. Its bitter-sweet note comes from the gentle drying of the leaves. South American tea is traditionally served in a calabash, a vessel made from the husk of the gourd. But it tastes at least as good in the cup. Warning: No tea in the evenings unless you have a lot to do.
