Its short peptide chains supply the body with amino acids within the first half hour. Another ingredient in Smartlabs Quad Core is whey concentrate (WPC) processed by the CFM method. This protein starts its role immediately after the hydra and is digested within 2-3 hours. Recommended dosage:
- It depends on body weight, energy expended, and the nutritional value of a normal diet.
