Smartlabs Oat Snack is a protein-carbohydrate complex diet with oatmeal. It contains 38% quality protein, 50% complex carbohydrates with a low glycemic index and only 5% fat, which is mainly plant-based.
Smartlabs Oat Snack contains proteins of whey and casein origin. The main ingredient is a fast-absorbing whey protein produced by the CFM process, which ensures a high increase in the level of amino acids in the blood (100-200% above normal levels). Supplementation will increase protein synthesis in the body. The second protein component is slowly absorbing micellar casein, which ensures the supply of amino acids (25-50% above normal levels) to the body for up to 8 hours and thus prevents the breakdown of muscle proteins. Smartlabs Oat Snack is a unique product for the slow release of energy from carbohydrates into blood serum. This is achieved by adding oatmeal, which has a lower GI (glycemic index) than most carbohydrates found in a regular diet. Thanks to the low GI, there is no rapid release of insulin. Blood sugar is thus kept at balanced values. Oatmeal is a source of quality carbohydrates - it undergoes minimal food processing. They also have a higher fibre content, which positively regulates the functioning of the digestive system. Smartlabs Oat Snack is further enriched with vitamins and minerals, all without artificial colors and sweeteners.

Recommended dosage:
- It depends on body weight, energy expended, and the nutritional value of a normal diet.
- At any time of the day, as a substitute for a smaller meal (snack) in order to replenish complex nutrients and vitamins.
- Dilution ratio: 75g (5 scoops) mix in 300 - 500 ml of water.
- Can also be mixed in skimmed/semi-skimmed milk.
