Our protein porridges contain a high dose of protein and are best used as a breakfast or snack with a high protein content. The basis of our protein porridges is protein isolate (practically sugar-free and with a minimum of lactose) and micellar casein for satiety and gradual release of proteins. Protein isolate is the top among proteins and contains the most quality proteins. We have a total of three flavors of protein porridge available: yogurt, coconut and natural.

Recommended dosage:
- Mix one scoop (2 scoops) of the powder mixture in 150 ml to 200 ml of cold milk (up to a maximum of 50°C). Chopped fruit or nuts can be added to taste.
