Coenzyme Q10 (Co-Q10) is a vitamin-like substance found in our cells in the mitochondria. It participates in the aerobic processes of respiration, which in the form of ATP in the human body account for a significant part of energy production.
The synthesis of coenzyme Q10 is possible in most human tissues. Its occurrence is also abundant in nature and the same is true in food. It can also be taken in the form of nutritional supplements, for example in the form of our Q-Sorb™ Q-10 capsules. This formula provides 50 mg of coenzyme Q10 in each capsule!
Scitec Co-Q10 dosage recommendation:
- Take 1 capsule 3 times a day, drink plenty of water.
