Nutri Works Soy lecithin contains 100% natural, unbleached lecithin powder. Soy lecithin is a natural nutrient that contains high levels of so-called phospholipids. Phospholipids are important building blocks for cell membranes, muscle myofibrils and immune cells. Nutri Works Soy Lecithin contains 3.6 grams of phospholipids per dose.

DOSAGE:
