Labeta gluten-free baguettes contain a mixture for preparing gluten-free baguettes for the daily diet.
The package contains 394 g of the mixture and 6 g of dried yeast.
Dosage and method of use
In a bowl, mix both sachets with 360 ml of lukewarm water and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Mix a thick dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Roll out two pancakes on a surface sprinkled with gluten-free flour and roll the dough into the shape of a baguette. On a baking tray lined with baking paper, let the baguettes rise for another 30 minutes. Then brush with melted butter and bake at 220 °C for 15 minutes.
From the mixture it is possible to make 2 larger or 4 small baguettes.
Composition
The product contains: rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, corn flour, dried eggs, psyllium fibre, dried yeast (baker's yeast, emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate), salt, sugar, thickener: guar gum, stabilizer: E 464, emulsifier: E 472e
Nutritional values in a dry mix: Energy value 1488 kJ / 351 kcal, Fat 1.4 g (of which saturated fatty acids 0.4 g), Carbohydrates 76 g (of which sugars 1.7 g), Protein 6.2 g, Salt 1.4 g, Fiber 4.9 g, < 0.01 g.
