Recommended dosage :
- Mix 16 grams with water and drink 30-45 minutes before training. The original packaging has a higher dosage, the dosage is adjusted according to Czech legislation. Initially, it is recommended to use a lower dosage and increase it to the recommended dosage over time. To avoid insomnia, do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.
