Recommended dosage of Grenade Whey Protein :
- Mix 40 g (approximately 2 level scoops*) with 250 ml of cold water or milk in a shaker or blender. Consume 1-2 servings daily after training or at any time during the day. *Measuring scoop is included in the package, may sink to the bottom during transport. Package contains 12 servings.
