BCAAs are a professional helper for effective post-workout recovery, and the latest Grenade supplement contains additional ingredients that enhance their effect. Recommended dosage of Grenade BCAA :
- Mix 13 g (approximately 1 level scoop*) with 500 ml of cold water in a shaker or blender.
- Consume 1-2 servings daily during or after training, or add a serving to a water bottle and consume throughout the day. *Measuring cup is included, may sink to the bottom during transport.
