RECOMMENDED DOSAGE

  • Adults 1 measuring cup (6 g) 1 times a day to dissolve in 2 dcl of water or juice and drink.
  • Children from 3 years of age can take 1/2 measuring cup (3 g) daily. For better effectiveness, the measured daily amount can be divided into 2 doses and taken in the morning and evening.
